Divorce in the Church of Christ
Matthew 19: 7- 9
7. They said to him, Why then did Moses command to give a bill of divorce, and to put it away?
8. He said to them: Because of the hardness of your heart Moses allowed you to put away your wives; but at first it was not like that.
9. And I say to you that whoever divorces his wife, except for fornication, and marries another, commits adultery; and whoever marries the disowned woman commits adultery.
Why has this enemy entered the body of Christ? Why do Ministers divorce? Why do church leaders and members divorce?
Where does the problem lie for this to be happening?

What is Divorce:
Divorce is the breaking of the marriage bond. In legal terms, divorce is the dissolution of the marriage contract, according to which both parties will have to negotiate their responsibilities to continue with their lives independently.
The word divorce comes from the Latin divortium, and is composed of the prefix di- or dis-, which refers to the separation or discrepancy, and by the root verto, which means "to turn" or "to turn."
What does the Bible say about divorce and separation?
Jehovah God expects the married couple to fulfill the vows they made on the wedding day. When he joined the first couple, he said: "The man ... has to adhere to his wife, and they have to become one flesh." Centuries later, Jesus Christ quoted those same words and added: "Therefore what God has yoked together, let no man separate" (Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19: 3-6).
