Class 1
Restoring my Marriage after the Fall
Restoration in a person's life is a complex process. In this study, it pretends to have all the exact answers but the most necessary ones.
Healing and restoration are a process. Therefore, it is a journey that does not end.
Restore: (Greek: Katartizo) - Means to equip, heal, return to its original state, strengthen, unite perfectly, repair what was broken.
Because the man or the woman at one point in their life is involved in a infidelity.
Every cause has an origin. Genesis 3: 9 Where are you?
What have you done Genesis 3:13
All action have a reaction. Galatians 6: 7
The verses of Genesis in chapter 3 reveal that God first seeks the one who sinned and then deal with their sin. God shows initiative in seeking man to make him fur tunics to cover them. (So as not to expose his shame) Genesis 3:21
The fur robes signify: mercy, covering, and the majestic grace of God over them, in Eden the first adultery and the first separation from relationship. Adam-God (Genesis 3: 23-24)
What causes can lead to infidelity:
1.Excessive exhaustion
2.Stress
3.Routine
4.Financial problems
5.Family problems (difficulties-crisis)
6.Bad decisions
7.Ancestral inheritance
8.Machismo
9.Egocentrism
9.Vanity
10.Loneliness
11.Involvement of third parties in the relationship (Brothers, brothers-in-law, parents, friends, co-workers, etc.)
12.Lack of attention from one of the spouses
13.Immorality.
- Hebrews 8: 6, NLT
This means that everyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person.
The old life has passed, a new life has begun!
- 2 Corinthians 5:17, NLT
In the restoration process, the right person must be sought so that he can guide those affected to save their marriage due to lack of knowledge many they lead to confusion and discouragement for those in need.
On the path of restoration both parties must cooperate 100% because in the process there will be negative people and bad influences who try to persuade the affected person that the best way is separation and this leads to them being lost years of marriage and to separate children from their parents.
In the process, all negative communication from friends, family, and if it is necessary even of parents in order to save the marriage.
Study at home John 8: 2-11 Analyze the following points:
What was the position of the Pharisees? Who are the Pharisees of this age?
What was the position of Jesus?
Did this woman deserve to be stoned?
What do the stones mean?
What does it mean: the expression ¨ni yo te condemno.
